The Agricultural Entomology research group at the Department of Agronomy, which works on the improvement and commercialization of this system to fight the olive fruit fly, travels to Greece to attend this training
Within the framework of the ENICBCMED project Fruit FlyNet II, which came about to perfect a prototype trap for the olive fly in order to be able to capture and identify it through photographs taken daily, Unit of Excellence “María de Maeztu” – Department of Agronomy University of Cordoba (DAUCO) team wich works at the project has assisted to the training on e-traps and e-services which took place in Athens (Greece) from June 15 to 17 together with the other partners from Greece, Italy, Tunisia, and Lebanon.
During this meeting, many activities according to the meeting agenda have been carried out. This training is considered of special importance for the team since a knowledge transfer has done from the leading beneficiary to the other partners.
